Smoke is puffing out of the top, where the main vent opens. The inside reveals the magma chamber beneath the ground, connected by a path to the surface. Small side vents extend from the main vent, and layers of ash and lava are clearly visible around the sides. This picture is perfect for learning about how a volcano works from the inside out!
